Exchanges & Returns

EXCHANGES:
We want you to enjoy your purchase as much as we enjoyed making it, and we understand looking at something online isn't the same as holding it in your hands, so we gladly accept exchanges if you order the wrong size of something or want a different color poster to match your new walls. The only thing we ask is that you cover the shipping to us, and that the item arrives in the SAME (new, unworn, and unwashed) condition it arrived to you in. 

*U.S. (and U.S. Territory) Orders - We will cover the shipping cost back to you.

*INTERNATIONAL Orders - We offer a discounted return shipping cost of 1/2 the original shipping. Please be sure to include a check or money order with your return. 

RETURNS:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (unhappy with our print quality or our products offered) we will gladly offer you a refund for your items minus the shipping costs. 
If something is wrong with the order (wrong order received / wrong size received / basically our fault) PLEASE CONTACT US right away. We will send you a replacement item immediately and cover shipping costs both ways. We do our best to avoid these errors but please be patient with us if we've made a mistake with your order.

RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Please try to send us your exchange or return within 7-10 days of the delivery date. Refunds can be processed up to 30 days after receipt of payment. After 30 days, items can be returned for a TRUE JERSEY store credit for the original value of the purchased item.
